Data controller

Data we collect

  • Account: email address and name (provided by you, or by Google if you sign in with Google), and a password where applicable (stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Telegram alerts (optional): your Telegram chat identifier, only if you link your account to receive alerts.
  • Usage data: the strategies, league lists, favourites and picks you create in the application, and the alerts sent to you.
  • Technical data: your IP address at sign-up and at each sign-in, and a security log of sensitive account actions (sign-in, password change, account changes made by an administrator) with their date and IP address.
  • Marketing preference: whether you agreed to receive product news by email (opt-in at sign-up, never pre-ticked).
No data is collected for advertising purposes. No data is ever sold or rented.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service (account, strategies, alerts) — performance of the contract.
  • Security and abuse prevention (logs) — legitimate interest.
  • Product news by email — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every such email or from your account. Service emails (email verification, account security, plan expiry) are sent regardless, as part of the service.
  • Billing, where applicable — legal obligation and performance of the contract.

Recipients and processors

  • OVH Hosting Inc. (Montréal, Canada) — servers and database. Canada is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, so this transfer needs no additional safeguard.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, network protection in front of the site, and routing of the emails you send to our addresses.
  • Resend — sending of service emails and, if you opted in, product news.
  • Google — only if you sign in with Google.
  • Telegram — only if you link it, to deliver the alerts you configured.
No other sharing. Match data comes from third-party sports data providers and contains no personal data.

Retention

Account data: for as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, it is removed immediately, together with your strategies, lists, favourites and alert history. Security log: 12 months. Server logs: a few days. Marketing contact: until you unsubscribe or delete your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your Account page (Personal Data → Delete account).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookie and no third-party analytics tracker. Only the following are used:
  • a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication;
  • browser local storage for your interface preferences (theme, filters, favourites).
These are exempt from consent requirements (strictly necessary for the service you request) — which is why no cookie banner is displayed.
