Terms of Use & Sale
Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the TriggerStats platform, a football statistical analysis service provided for informational purposes (see the disclaimer), and, where applicable, the purchase of a subscription. By using the site you agree to these terms. We may update them; material changes will be notified on the site or by email.

2. Eligibility and account

The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the site. An account requires a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or disable an account, after notice by email where possible, in case of breach of these terms, abuse of the alert system, automated access, multiple accounts for the same person, or a security risk to the service or other users.

3. Plans and pricing

Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice by email or on the site. Pro subscriptions are not yet sold online. Sections 4 to 6 and 11 apply from the day online payment opens; they will then be completed with the payment provider, the billing cycle, the refund policy and the consumer mediator, and you will be notified of the change.

4. Payment, renewal and fees

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly). On a failed payment, access to Pro features is restricted, then the account is downgraded to Free.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/French consumers)

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a fourteen (14) day withdrawal right (article L221-18 of the French consumer code). For digital services supplied immediately, execution before the end of this period requires your express request and your express waiver of the withdrawal right (L221-28), collected at the time of subscription.

6. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account through a simple three-click cancellation flow (French consumer code, art. L215-1-1); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl or extract data from the site in an automated way; resell, redistribute or make the service available to third parties; attempt to breach or reverse-engineer the service; share your account or its alerts with third parties; use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Alerts

If you link Telegram, you agree to receive the service alerts you configured, sent by our dedicated bots. Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis: we do not guarantee their delivery or timing, which depend on the data feeds and on Telegram. You can unlink Telegram at any time from your account.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its structure, texts and graphical elements are the property of the publisher. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Team names, competition names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service provides statistical analysis for informational purposes only, without any guarantee of results, accuracy or availability (see the disclaimer). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us over the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

11. Consumer mediation (French consumers)

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French consumer code, French consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the European Union.

13. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page (Personal Data → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible; see the privacy policy for what is removed. Contact for any question about the service: [email protected].
